 PiYo Strength™ is Yoga Fusion that is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to sweat their way to sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability and flexibility.  It’s the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power with a foundation in Pilates and yoga that burns calories while transforming the body. It is also for people who have a hard time holding still in yoga and desperately want to get a stretch but only have 1x a day to work out so it needs to deliver a big fat and calorie burn! This is your workout!

This effective class is designed so you’ll see results in more than one area: improved health, decreased stress, calories burned and more.
